About Us
The Start of an Adventure
On March 31st, 2022, We purchased The Inn at Grey Gables and renamed it to The Belvedere B&B
Since childhood, we have spent many happy summers with friends and family in Charlevoix, Michigan. Despite having no experience in the hospitality industry, we believed that with some hard work, the Belvedere Bed and Breakfast could become a destination that would allow visitors to create memories that they will cherish for a lifetime. Thanks to an immense effort from many contractors, plumbers, electricians, family and friends, our vision has become reality. The Belvedere Bed & Breakfast is now open with new floors, AC, new paint inside & out, all King beds and an updated look that will have locals and visitors alike excited to visit and stay at this special place!

FAQs
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We’d be happy to work within your schedule if possible, but please let us know in advance if you wish a different check-in time. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee on their deposit. To receive a full refund (minus the processing fee), guests must cancel on or before the 15 day prior to their arrival. Cancellations made after this time are not eligible for a refund.
Yes, a 50% (pre-tax) deposit is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.
Pets less than 40 pounds are accepted in the Pine Room and the Sojourn Room. There is a $30 charge per day and guests will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Please contact us to add a pet to your reservation. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the home or in other bedrooms.
No, there is no smoking allowed on the property. Violators will be subject to a $300 fee and will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
